1 Print out This Form  Tenant Check Then Fax to 727-815-7522 or email to sells1@yahoo.com
2 When we get the form, we will send you a Pay Pal Request For Funds, Once we get the funds we run your background check
3 Since we have the ability to do the searches online at anytime of the day or night, it takes us about 15 minutes to get an answer for you. 
4 Once we approve you, you will need to get with us and sign a lease ASAP and at least submit your security deposit, in certified funds, to hold the property.  We give you only a 24 hour period to do this.  We can continue to show the property and after the 24 hour period, if you have not signed a lease and submitted, at least, your security deposit, we can take another application and then that person will actually lock you out for the next 24 hours.  If we take them and they are able to sign and submit the security deposit, then they would get the property.  It is important to be able to move forward as we don't  hold properties.
5 Once you sign the lease, you need to print out the application Rental Application and have that ready to give us along with any additional monies, in certified funds, that are due before move in.  We also will need you to fill out the following form if you have not already done so and have it ready before move in. 6 We have an online Repair Request Form that you can fill out and submit to us at anytime day or night Repair Request We check these request each morning at 7:30 am and dispatch the correct vendor to take care of the repair.  Please remember, if the repair is something that you caused and not normal wear and tear, you will be responsible.  Example:  Stopped up drain and we find the drain is full of hair, you pay.  Example: Air Conditioner not cooling, we pay.
